Abstract
All lecturers are asked to send a short summary of their lecture (abstract) of approximately 250 words. The abstract will be included in the final conference program. Please submit your abstract as a Word or PDF-file to endokrindagarna@meaconsulting.se no later than February 18, 2026.
Speaker registration
As a speaker, you participate in the conference and the social program free of charge. We would be grateful if you could register as soon as possible to facilitate the planning of your participation.

The conference secretariat opens on Wednesday, March 18 at 11:00 and is then open throughout the meeting.
Your presentation
We ask that you bring your presentation on a USB stick and visit our technician well in advance for uploading and review. Technicians are on site in the lecture halls every day to be of assistance. We would like the format of your Powerpoint in16:9
Technology
Computer, projector, headset and technician are available at the lecture hall.

The deadline for ordering additional equipment is March 15th. After this date we cannot guarantee fulfillment of these desires.
For assistance with travel and hotel
The conference covers your travel costs (train 2nd class, flight economy, mileage reimbursement according to agreement and parking costs) against receipt or invoice. If you would like assistance with your travel and/or accommodation, we will be happy to help you.
Please note that original receipts must be attached to the travel expense report, the travel expense report must be submitted to the secretariat upon registration or sent afterwards to the address specified. Reimbursements will be paid after the end of the meeting.
